Laxá Blá

Here we will be tying the salmon fly Laxá Blá by Þórður Péturson. The fly is a great option for stream fishing for salmon. It's already known here in Iceland for great ability to catch salmon. Like flies from the collection of Þórður, Laxá Blá is a little fancy looking just like most of his flies were designed. It has basically everything that a good salmon fly has to have and Laxá Blá is 150% recommended by myself. Laxá Blá is probably the fly that has become the most famous Icelandic salmon pattern outside of Iceland.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
