How to tie a Freestyle Wet Fly

I have done it myself! Don't have the right materials for a certain fly so why bother? Well, you can still create a fly for catching fish by just using what you have to hand. I do not have an endless supply of fly tying materials I have built up a fairly comprehensive kit over the years. I have relied heavily of the kindness of others who have passed on old capes and I have made do. Its not always about having the most expensive materials, but what you do with the stuff you do have. This wet fly started life out as a Bumble that's what I had planned to tie but when I looked for the feathers I came up wanting. Instead of giving up I have concocted this fly, I think it may well work quite well.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
