Dagbjört

Here we will be tying the fly Dagbjört by my mentor in fly fishing and fly casting mr. Jón Sigurðsson. Jón is well know among Icelandic anglers for all the patterns he did design during his life as a fly fisher and fly tyer. The Dagbjört is a great since it's superb simple and it's really effective when it comes to the part of the seasons when to fish is eating in the surface. Stripped short but fast right under the surface the Dagbjört will give you great results. Try this fly for brown trout and for Arctic char because it's effective and super easy to tie!

… I have a small favor to ask.

Long story short

Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
