Mounting the hook

If the hook eye does not fit into the fly tube, you can extend it with a small piece of soft tube.
Thread the tippet through the tube, tie the hook on and pull tight.
This is done AFTER the fly has been tied on the tube. The materials simply aren't shown here to make the process clearer.
